Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Crew to join our busy store. You will provide friendly customer service, take and serve orders, and help maintain a clean, safe environment throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include attending to customers' needs, handling feedback positively, assisting across store areas, and performing regular sanitation while standing for long periods and handling heavy equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and attend to customers' needs.
• Take and serve customers’ orders accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer feedback with a positive attitude and resolve simple concerns.
• Perform regular sanitation and cleanliness tasks across the store.
• Lend a hand to different store areas as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Stand for long periods, reach counters and high shelves, and assist with heavy equipment or ingredients when required.

Senior Crew is responsible for the following:

• Providing good customer service and attending to customers' needs
• Taking and serving customers their orders
• Dealing with customer feedback with a positive attitude
• Regular sanitation
• Lending a hand to different store areas whenever it is needed
• Physical work includes standing for long periods, reaching counter tops/high storage shelves, being exposed to heavy smoke and steam, and lifting heavy restaurant equipment/ingredients
