Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks a Content & Creatives Senior Manager to lead the creative direction for brand visuals, tone, and content strategy across TikTok, social, e‑commerce, and offline channels. You will translate briefs into powerful visuals and manage end‑to‑end production for high-impact campaigns.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will run a multi-disciplinary content team, ensure consistency, and drive commercial results with platform-native, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative direction, content strategy, or brand creative.
• 2–3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven track record leading creative teams and delivering campaigns.
• Strong portfolio across digital and offline channels.
• Deep TikTok content experience and funnel mastery.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and brand visual identity across channels.
• Translate briefs into powerful key visuals and executions.
• Oversee photo/video production from concept to delivery.
• Manage platform-native content for TikTok, IG, e‑commerce, and offline.
