Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking a Content & Creatives Manager to lead the brand’s creative direction, visuals, and content strategy across TikTok, social media, e-commerce, and offline channels. You will shepherd a team responsible for photography, video, and graphic design, ensuring campaigns are on-brief and commercially effective.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape the brand voice, elevate creative standards, and translate briefs into powerful, platform-ready visuals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years in creative direction, content strategy, or brand creative with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage photo/video productions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and brand visuals across all channels and formats.
• Translate briefs into hero visuals andcampaign executions that drive impact.
• Oversee end-to-end production of photo and video shoots, from planning to delivery.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary content team for full-funnel strategy and execution.
• Ensure platform-native content tailored to TikTok, IG, Shopee, Lazada, and offline channels.
• Review, approve, and mentor assets to maintain brand standards.
