Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking a Content & Creatives Manager to lead the creative and content direction across all channels. You will shape the brand look and feel, translate strategy into powerful visuals, and drive output from a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in creative direction, content strategy, brand creative, or related field, with 2–3 years in senior leadership.
Strong portfolio showing brand vision and executional range.

Responsibilities

Lead creative direction and brand visual identity across all touchpoints.
Translate briefs into hero visuals, messaging hierarchies, and executions.
Oversee end-to-end production of photo and video shoots within budget and schedule.
Drive full-funnel content strategy and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
Maintain platform-native content excellence for TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align creative and campaign goals.
