Qualifications

7+ years of experience in creative engineering, ad technology, or digital advertising development.
Experience with creative ad-building platforms and custom ad executions.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows, including generative AI and creative automation.
Ability to drive creative innovation and lead premium digital creative suites.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality HTML5 creatives across platforms.
Lead custom creative executions, including animations and third‑party API integrations.
Maintain a Creative Library and reusable templates.
Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate production while preserving brand quality and guidelines.
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to align outputs with business goals.
Manage creative production workflows to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
