Job summary

Outsourcey, a Philippines-based company, is seeking a graphic design professional to join the Creative Team. The role involves supporting the design lead in creating visuals for social media, websites, EDMs, signage, marketing materials, and packaging.

You will help maintain brand consistency, participate in reviews, and prepare print-ready files while staying current with design trends and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist graphic design lead in creating visual concepts and graphics for social media, websites, EDMs and packaging.
• Participate in design reviews and apply feedback to improve work.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and align with guidelines.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution; assist with image editing as needed.
• Research design trends across digital platforms and e‑commerce.
• Be flexible with workload and shifting priorities.
• Contribute to creative process and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team and participate in meetings to align with marketing plans.
