Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Private Markets Analyst in Manila to support private markets transactions, focusing on loan processing, borrowing administration, and data accuracy across debt, senior loans, and related instruments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant Private Markets experience, with middle office exposure.
• Knowledge of loans and senior loan structures; experience in controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor borrowings, drawdowns, repayments, and lifecycle events for private debt and loans.
• Review loan documents and ensure accurate recording of borrowing activity.
• Monitor payment schedules for principal, interest, fees, capital calls, and distributions; ensure timely processing and settlement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, counterparties, and clients to resolve breaks and operational issues.
