Job summary

Zaelab seeks a Digital Consulting Architect, CPQ, to lead end-to-end CPQ strategy, architecture, and delivery for enterprise clients. You will be the primary technical authority for CPQ, product configuration, pricing, and ordering workflows across platforms including ServiceNow (Logik.ai) and adjacent ecosystems.

You will drive architectural design, workshops, and solution delivery while collaborating with global teams in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise consulting or solution architecture.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• At least 3+ years focused on CPQ/Quote-to-Cash/B2B configuration.
• Experience with CRM/ERP integrations.
• Hands-on with modern web and integration technologies.
• Experience in digital commerce or customer experience transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives.
• Lead architecture and functional design of custom product configurators and pricing strategies.
• Design scalable integration architectures with commerce platforms, ERP, and middleware.
• Conduct business and technical discovery, map future CPQ roadmaps.
• Hands-on development with configuration and problem-solving.
• Mentor teams on CPQ patterns and delivery best practices.
• Provide pre-sales support and communicate CPQ value to clients.
• Contribute to accelerators, templates, and CPQ implementation patterns.
