Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a Digital Consultant, CPQ, to deliver Quote-to-Cash solutions for Zaelab's enterprise clients. This role supports CPQ design, configuration, and implementation across platforms such as ServiceNow (Logik.ai) and adjacent commerce ecosystems.

You will work with senior consultants and architects on high-impact projects in a collaborative environment. Requirements include 3–5 years in consulting or technical delivery, native or advanced Spanish, and CPQ platform familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or technical implementation roles.
• Native or Advanced Spanish required.
• Experience with CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or product configuration solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Logik.ai, or similar CPQ platforms.
• Exposure to integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, or commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support CPQ and Quote-to-Cash delivery, including design, configuration, and implementation.
• Participate in client-facing discussions, solution reviews, and technical problem-solving sessions.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet milestones with quality and consistency.
• Assist in designing CPQ processes, including product modeling, pricing, discounts, and orders.
• Help translate business requirements into functional specs aligned with platform best practices.
• Contribute to configuration, development, and testing of CPQ solutions.
• Support integration efforts connecting CPQ with commerce platforms, ERP, and other apps.

Skills

Spanish language proficiency (C1+)

CPQ / Quote-to-Cash experience

ServiceNow / Logik.ai familiarity

CRM/ERP integration exposure

Analytical problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

ServiceNow CPQ Certification or equivalent
