Job summary

Nagarro is seeking an Associate Staff Engineer to drive Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations and integrations across ERP/CRM platforms. You will lead end-to-end configurations, pricing logic, and document generation, partnering with global teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of enterprise CPQ experience, strong BML/BMQL/XSLT skills, and hands-on integration with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, or SAP. Collaboration, communication, and DevOps awareness are essential.

• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration patterns.
• Experience in CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, and document generation.
• Troubleshooting and optimization of BML scripts and BMQL queries.
• Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, deployments, and release management.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud integrations and implementations including configuration and document generation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle CPQ technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules per enterprise requirements.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot BML scripts and BMQL queries.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle CPQ and CRM/ERP (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP).
• Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based solutions.
• Conduct client workshops to capture processes and define technical solutions.
• Prepare and present designs and integration architectures to stakeholders.
• Support testing phases (unit, systems integration, UAT) and deployments.
• Ensure adherence to version control, DevOps, and release management practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 4+ years


• Strong experience in enterprise application consulting with hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud


• Strong hands‑on expertise in BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules


• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approval workflows


• Proven experience in Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.


• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware‑based integration patterns


• Experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, document generation, and customizations


• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT‑based document templates


• Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, production deployments, and release management


• Familiarity with version control, DevOps practices, and enterprise application deployment processes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and high-quality Oracle CPQ technical solutions


• Configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules based on business and enterprise requirements


• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based document templates


• Design, develop, and support robust integrations between Oracle CPQ and CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, and other enterprise applications


• Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware‑based integration solutions


• Conduct client workshops to understand business processes, gather detailed requirements, and define appropriate technical solutions


• Prepare and present solution designs, technical approaches, and integration architectures to business and technical stakeholders


• Support unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, production deployment, and post‑production support


• Ensure adherence to version control, DevOps, release management, and enterprise development best practices


• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions


• Ensure Oracle CPQ solutions align with enterprise architecture, business rules, security requirements, and integration standards


• Mentor and guide junior consultants and provide technical direction across implementation teams


• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable assets, technical documentation, and best practices


• Collaborate with cross‑functional, distributed, and global teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle CPQ solutions
