Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for ERP Oracle CPQ Technical Consulting. The role involves leading end-to-end CPQ Cloud integrations, configuring modules, and developing BML/BMQL/XSLT templates.

You will architect integrations with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and SAP, and collaborate with global teams to deliver robust CPQ solutions. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of enterprise consulting experience, strong Q2C and pricing knowledge, and excellent client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Total Experience 8+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud and configuration modules.
• Strong knowledge of BML, BMQL, and XSLT.
• Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), pricing models, and approvals.
• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integrations.
• Experience with document generation, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Testing, deployments, and release management experience.
• Version control and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Oracle CPQ certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud integrations and implementations.
• Translate requirements into scalable Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Configure and customize CPQ modules per business needs.
• Develop and optimize BML/BMQL/XSLT templates.
• Architect integrations with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP).
• Use REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration patterns.
• Conduct client workshops and define technical solutions.
• Present designs and architectures to stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployments, and post-production activities.
• Adhere to version control, DevOps, and release best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to assets/docs.
