Job summary

AXOS BUSINESS CENTER CORP. is seeking a Senior Accountant with CPA and strong General Ledger and financial reporting experience to join our Finance team. You will own key accounting processes, support financial reporting, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with audits, and contribute to process improvements while upholding GAAP/IFRS and internal controls. The role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in general accounting, GL or audit.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and closing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, reclassifications, intercompany).
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management.
• Support audit requirements and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
• Conduct financial analysis and variance review.
• Participate in process improvements and cross-functional projects.
• Review the work of junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
