PNB Holdings Corporation in Metro Manila, Makati is seeking an Accounting Officer to manage the company's ledger and oversee accurate financial reporting. The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with supervisory, review, and proofreading experience to support the annual financial statements and audits.

You will maintain organized GL records, perform reconciliations, assist in monthly management reports and year-end audit preparations, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in general accounting.
• CPA is preferred.
• Knowledge of lease accounting and lease agreements.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation.
• Proficient in accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains organized and up-to-date records of general ledger accounts.
• Verifies the accuracy and validity of transactions recorded on each general ledger account.
• Prepares the monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Prepares aging of receivables and payables reports for monthly management reports.
• Assists in preparing presentation materials for monthly management reports.
• Assists in preparing supporting schedules for monthly closing activities and year-end audit requirements.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or department head.
