PNB Holdings Corporation is seeking an Accounting Officer (General Accounting) to maintain the company’s books, verify the accuracy of general ledger accounts, and assist in preparing financial statements and coordinating the annual audit. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, 5+ years in general accounting (preferably in property management or real estate), and CPA is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills,

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant general accounting experience, preferably in Property Management or Real Estate.
• CPA is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of general accounting functions and lease accounting principles.
• Proficient in balance sheet reconciliation and using accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintains organized and up-to-date records of general ledger accounts.
• Verifies the accuracy and validity of transactions in general ledger accounts.
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Prepares aging reports for receivables and payables for monthly management reports.
• Assists in preparing presentation materials for monthly management reports.
• Supports data for monthly closing activities and year-end audit requirements.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor or department head.
