Job summary

Open Access BPO is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in Makati to lead accounting operations, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements within the Finance function.

You will oversee General Ledger, Fixed Assets, audits, tax compliance, and team leadership, delivering timely management reporting. CPA and 5–7 years’ experience required; SAP B1 and advanced Excel needed. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and CPA certification.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP B1 and MS Excel advanced features.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting operations across GL, fixed assets, and tax compliance.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare audited financial statements.
• Ensure PEZA/BOI reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and mentor the finance team.
