Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Services Counsel to support one or more Global Services Legal teams overseeing Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, and other technology-enabled services. The role involves conducting legal risk assessments, identifying regulatory risks, and advising on risk mitigation strategies while supporting growth through due diligence and contracting guidance.

The candidate should have a JD with bar admission, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a proven track

Responsibilities

Conduct legal risk assessments of new services, AI-enabled offerings, and related platforms for market readiness and compliance with laws and Accenture policies.
Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with business teams and Global Services Legal.
Support growth through legal diligence on potential acquisitions or investments, including post‑merger integration planning.
Provide contracting guidance and SME support to deal teams, and help design compliance frameworks for the business.
