The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (registered engineer preferred) and has 1–2 years of relevant experience in housing projects.

The role requires knowledge of structural works and land development, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to work on Saturdays. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in real estate, housing or residential development projects.
• Knowledgeable in structural works and land development.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.
• Available to start ASAP.
