IQ-EQ is a global investor services group providing corporate secretarial, governance, and reporting support. The Senior Preparers will manage complex corporate documentation and filings with minimal supervision, servicing sophisticated client needs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes independent execution, knowledge of client-specific requirements, and opportunity to contribute to process improvements within a global operations framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services with exposure to low-to-medium complexity tasks.
• Familiarity with corporate secretarial practices, especially in funds and SPVs, is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple clients and deliverables within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of complex corporate documentation and filings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Apply corporate secretarial requirements with minimal supervision and contribute to process improvements.
• Build knowledge of client-specific requirements and industry practices to execute complex corporate secretarial operations independently.
• Prepare sophisticated board papers and resolutions and handle complex regulatory filings and compliance matters.
• Document detailed procedures for complex processes and identify/report potential compliance risks to manager.
