Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a qualified Corporate Accountant in the Philippines to manage a broad range of accounting activities, including accounts payable processes, financial reporting, audit support, and tax declarations. You will build relationships with clients and guide junior team members while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with IFRS and GAAP accounting standards and their practical application.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Dynamics 365 experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of corporate accounting activities including AP processes, periodic and annual accounts, audit preparation, and tax reporting support.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with evolving KYC obligations and internal standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational excellence.
