Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate governance requirements, and company policies.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with government agencies when necessary.
• Handle legal documentation related to permits, licenses, and corporate filings.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and specialized legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on legal risks and compliance issues.
• Assist management in resolving legal disputes and implementing preventive legal strategies.
• Review company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Perform other legal duties as assigned by management.
