Job summary

Comglasco Aguila Glass Corporation seeks a Corporate Lawyer to support its legal team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate holds a Professional License (Bar) and has 1–2 years of experience in corporate law, including litigation and labor matters.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts for the company and its subsidiaries, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will advise on legal matters, engage in third-party negotiations, represent the company in litigation, supervise

Qualifications

• Must possess a Professional License (Bar/Professional License Exam).
• Minimum 1–2 years of corporate law experience (litigation, labor law, etc.).
• Prepare and review all legal agreements/contracts entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries.
• Process government and regulatory requirements of the company and its subsidiaries (SEC, LGU, DTI, BIR and other government institutions and agencies).
• Advise on legal matters, relevant laws, regulatory requirements, compliances, etc. relating to corporate transactions and activities.
• Participate in negotiations with third parties as needed.
• Represent the company and its subsidiaries and handle litigation matters.
• Supervise external legal retainers.
• Assist in the collection of delinquent accounts.
