Job summary

ICBC Manila Branch is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) to develop and manage strategic relationships with large corporate clients, drive business growth, and deliver tailored corporate banking solutions.

Responsibilities include client acquisition, complex financing and deal structuring, revenue and portfolio growth, credit and risk management, and cross-border coordination with the Bank’s international network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of local banking regulations, policies, and credit facilities.
• Knowledge in credit analysis and financial analysis.
• 10 or more years of relevant experience with banking business, preferrably in corporate banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition and development of strategic large corporate relationships in the Philippines.
• Drive sustainable growth in corporate deposits, financing, and overall portfolio profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to key corporate clients, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans, project finance, and trade finance.
• Take ownership of revenue generation, portfolio growth, and cross-selling opportunities across the Bank’s corporate banking platform.
• Lead client due diligence, financial analysis, credit assessment, and portfolio risk monitoring.
• Champion client requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the Bank’s international network to deliver integrated and cross-border banking solutions.
• Ensure strong adherence to regulatory, credit, KYC, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
