Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join our Makati/Pampanga team for a night shift in our office-based role.

You will handle accruals, prepaid schedules, GL variances and intercompany transactions while ensuring SOX compliance for prepaid and accrual areas. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of total accounting experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud and Coupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3-5 years of total experience in accounting or related field.
• Solid understanding of GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accrual journal entries for various opex areas.
• Review prepaid additions and amortization schedules.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for prepaid accounts when needed.
• Liaise with business and finance & strategy teams on accrual estimates.
• Identify variances and propose adjustments to the general ledger.
