Job summary

Lancesoft Philippines is seeking an Integration SME to support a core banking transformation program. This role owns integration design end-to-end across Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, GL, and Markets, ensuring a cohesive, well-documented integration architecture between the core banking platform and its upstream and downstream ecosystem.

You will lead cross-functional workshops, develop Interface Specification Documents, coordinate SIT tests, and drive cutover plans through go-live, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with integration architecture in core banking programs.
• Experience integrating core banking with Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, GL, and Treasury/Markets.
• Knowledge of ESB, API Gateway, or iPaaS platforms.
• Ability to map data across multiple domains and support SIT/end-to-end testing.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end integration design across core banking domains.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and vendors to finalize integration requirements.
• Prepare Interface Specification Documents and architecture artifacts for review.
• Coordinate SIT/end-to-end testing and triage defects.
• Support cutover planning and hypercare across domains.
• Escalate cross-domain risks and manage stakeholder expectations.
