Job summary

Oradian is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager (Core Banking) to lead end-to-end core banking implementations for financial institutions across the Philippines and Asia. The role combines strong project leadership with deep banking process knowledge to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in implementation, consulting or delivery in banking/fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of banking processes (loans, deposits, GL, operations, reporting).
• Direct exposure to core banking systems through implementations or data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of core banking implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage milestones and dependencies.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and scope changes throughout projects.
• Coordinate governance activities, kick-offs and steering committee meetings.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for assigned customer projects and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Support go-live readiness, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.
