ACCIONA Energía seeks a Commercial & Contracts Manager based in the Philippines for a mega infrastructure project. You will lead the commercial and contractual management from award to close-out, protecting the company’s interests and guiding negotiations with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires extensive experience with FIDIC contracts, strong English proficiency, and leadership of procurement, claims and risk management across large international projects. JV experience is desirable.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of experience in major civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar commercial or contracts management role.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction law, claims management and dispute resolution.
• Experience in large international infrastructure projects.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial and contractual management of the project from award through final account close-out.
• Interface with clients, consultants and external stakeholders; lead negotiations and reviews.
• Manage subcontracts, procurement, claims, variations and commercial risk.
• Oversee interim payments, valuations and final account submissions.
• Develop and implement commercial management procedures; lead procurement and teams.
