LEIGHTON ASIA PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to oversee subcontractor and supplier contracts through the project lifecycle, with on-site work in Makati.

The role focuses on variations, documentation, and commercial management to ensure compliance and cost control. The successful candidate will have 4+ years in construction contracts, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and experience with Minerva, TeamBinder and Nexplore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years as Contracts Administrator in construction.
• Experience on civil, rail and/or building projects.
• Proficient in contract administration, variations and commercial management.
• Experience with Minerva, TeamBinder and Nexplore.
• Strong contract interpretation, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Australian construction project experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontractor and supplier contracts through the project lifecycle.
• Manage post-execution contract activities, including variations and documentation.
• Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support project cost control, financial administration and commercial reporting.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing commercial and project performance reports.
• Utilize contract management and document control systems effectively.
