Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Sales or Marketing preferred.
• Minimum two years’ business experience.
• One year of experience in Contracting, Quoting, Pricing or related field in a regulated industry preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management required.
• Ability to self-manage in a complex, time-sensitive environment.
• Ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration needed.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and document comparison preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracting requests, reviewing for completeness and accuracy of price loads and contracts.
• Collaborate with Field Selling Organization, Deal Desk and US Contract Management as needed.
• Draft quick-turn documents using approved templates and clauses.
• Load contract and courtesy pricing into ICS system and audit price loads.
• Interpret hand-offs from Deal Desk to process appropriately.
• Maintain contract eligibility (LOCs, roster changes) and price discrepancy research.
• Implement price changes from contract maintenance, including scheduled increases.
• Support internal/external audits; ensure document retention, SOPs and WIs.
