Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Offer Development Analyst in Orthopaedics, based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You will lead complex offers, pricing strategies, and compliance while collaborating with Sales, Contract Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in contract management or pricing, with strong Excel and analytical skills to drive profitable solutions for IDNs, GPOs, and healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing.
• 4 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing or related field.
• Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Financial Services experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel with ability to extract and analyze large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of detailed offers leveraging product expertise, business acumen and judgment while adhering to contracting strategies and price matrices.
• Develop rigorous, error-proof offers and analysis with high attention to detail.
• Ensure offers align with strategic and financial objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Identify process improvements and provide management with actionable recommendations.
• Create and improve training materials and SOPs; maintain SOX 404 documentation.
• Coach and mentor junior Quoting Analysts to raise quality of work.
