Johnson & Johnson in Manila is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join the Global Services Finance team in the Procurement Accounting area. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, month-end closures, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across global processes.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional partners while adhering to US GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications preferred.
• 6–8 years of professional experience required.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre or BPO.
• Experience in a Global Account to Report function.
• Willing to work at night and in Park Triangle Corporate Center, BGC, Taguig City.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for the Procurement Accounting process area.
• Timely closing and execution of financial periods per the closing calendar and SLA requirements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of actuals within scope.
• Develop SMEs and align cross-region processes with global standards.
• Provide support to auditors and legal authorities as needed.
• Maintain strong internal controls to achieve audit ratings.
