Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a contract management professional to support our global projects and accounts. In this role you will work with account leadership, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand priorities, manage contract lifecycle, and help shape commercial outcomes.

You will investigate compliance and employment matters, build trusted relationships with client counterparts, and escalate risks with senior leadership while upholding our ethics and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting and supervising investigations and drafting confidential reports.
• Knowledge of local ethics, conduct, compliance risks and related laws.
• Extensive employee relations and workplace investigations experience.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity.
• Ability to collaborate with client executives at all levels of the organization.
• Basic understanding of contract life cycle and commercial contracting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management across projects and accounts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand priorities and opportunities.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks with CM and project leadership.
• Support pre-award sales activities and discuss deal shaping with delivery teams and business leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts as part of the CM function.
