Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Contract Management professional to support contracts across projects and accounts within our Legal and Commercial Services group. You will assist negotiation, drafting and ongoing management of client contracts to maximize value and reduce risk.

Work with account leadership and delivery teams, identify risks, shape commercial outcomes, and build trusted relationships with client counterparts while upholding Accenture policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting and supervising investigations and drafting confidential reports.
• Knowledge of local ethical/conduct/compliance risks and related laws.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management across projects and accounts; align with leadership on priorities.
• Collaborate with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, geographies.
• Identify and escalate commercial/contract risks and issues with leadership for best outcomes.
• Assist pre-award sales activities and contract drafting support with sales teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts as part of client-facing CM function.
