Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes process performance metrics and leads improvement initiatives.
• Analyze opportunities to reduce process variation and improve capabilities.
• Monitor flow diagrams, change controls, and QA programs to meet specs.
• Lead lean and Six Sigma projects to meet strategic objectives and quantify results.
• Perform cost analysis and liaise with external vendors to minimize variation.

Job description

Responsible for supporting plant-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives through Moonshine fabrication activities and 5S implementation, enhancing workplace safety, organization, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Follow all safety rules and procedures within the Moonshine Facility.
• Maintain discipline and proper use of tools, equipment, and facility resources.
• Perform fabrication, assembly, modification, and other project-related activities.
• Support material sourcing, delivery, and project coordination.
• Update material inventory records for active projects.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with 5S + 1 standards.
• Assist in the implementation of Continuous Improvement projects and ideas.
• Monitor and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Coordinate with project owners to ensure timely project completion.
• Support overtime activities during critical project requirements.
• Ensure fabricated items meet quality and project specifications.
• Perform other assigned duties as required by management.

• Analyzing the identified opportunities to reduce the process variation, optimizing the process performance, and improving the overall capabilities.
• Monitoring the flow diagrams, change controls, improvement opportunity and requirement reports, and maintaining quality assurance programs and procedures to meet process specifications.
• Leading the process improvement projects to meet the strategic and business objectives and measuring the quantifiable results from lean and six sigma methodologies.
• Performing cost analysis, liaising with external vendors and suppliers to reduce process variations, and accurately analyzing options as well as impact and effectiveness.

What Your Background Should Look Like
