Sutherland in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Team Manager - Insurance Operations to lead a high-performing insurance services team in Taguig. You will coach staff, drive performance, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

As a leader, you will use data-driven decision-making to improve outcomes, manage stakeholders, ensure policy compliance, and foster continuous development. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration and accountability.

Formación

• 3+ years as Team Manager/Team Leader/Operations Manager or equivalent leadership in a contact center.
• 3+ years supporting Disability Insurance and/or Life Insurance operations.
• 3+ years of inbound contact center experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business trends, performance metrics, and reports to identify improvements and deliver measurable results.

• Support implementation of process improvements and business updates.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational or employee-related concerns.
• Maintain understanding of Disability and Life Insurance processes and related systems.
