Job summary

Shaw is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Tech (Streaming) to lead multiple Content Protection Operations teams in Manila. You will drive SLA attainment, quality, compliance, and workforce planning while collaborating with Legal, Content Operations, and HR to ensure business continuity.

You'll develop leaders, coach team leaders, monitor performance dashboards, and implement continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to scale operations and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years [external applicant] or 12 months [internal applicant] of progressive experience in Content Protection Operations, Copyright Enforcement, Trust & Safety, or a related domain.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing end-to-end copyright infringement and legal claims.
• Proven leadership experience managing Team Leaders or multiple operational teams in a global operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of copyright regulations, digital rights management, and compliance.
• Experience leading operational transformation, automation, and AI adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders to achieve operational, quality, compliance, and people performance objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and recognition initiatives.
• Build a high-performing leadership team capable of delivering results.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of multiple Content Protection Operations workstreams, ensuring compliance and SLA targets.
• Monitor performance dashboards and mitigate risks impacting business performance.
• Establish governance, SOP adherence, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead readiness for new initiatives and policy changes.
• Partner with Legal, Quality, and Content Operations for high decision accuracy and governance.
