The Bricolage Group of Companies seeks a Project Management Officer to oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in the Philippines. This project-based role covers coordination with HQ Malaysia, design input, budgeting, permitting, and safety compliance, with a contract span from October to March.

• Licensed engineer required with 5+ years in construction project management, fit-out, or site development.
• Experience in retail or commercial fit-out projects preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of permits, processes, and documentation (weekly reports, billings, testing, commissioning, closeout).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to do fieldwork and report to head office as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with HQ Malaysia architects to determine project specifications.
• Provide layout and design recommendations for local settings.
• Prepare pre-bid documents, project plans, and conduct monitoring.
• Plan and manage project budgets within allocated limits.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Schedule construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, address issues.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Coordinate with Design, Asset Maintenance, and other teams.
• Perform other project tasks as assigned by PM Senior Manager or Construction Manager.
