Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction or project management.
• Proficient in structural systems and building codes.
• Experience with architectural design review and BOQ preparation.

• Familiarity with PPP models or BERDE programs.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Oversee daily construction progress, quality assurance, and site safety management;
• Review construction drawings, structural plans, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), as-built drawings, and other technical documentation;
• Lead design optimization, multi-disciplinary coordination, and technical issue resolution on site;
• Organize site inspections and implement quality, safety, and environmental standards;
• Participate in contractor evaluation, contract negotiation, and change order management;
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, government agencies, and subcontractors for technical integration;
• Assist in construction permitting, project handover documentation, and final inspections;
• Manage construction costs and contribute to engineering processes under EPC, PPP, or BERDE-related frameworks.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC, Philippines);

• Holding professional certifications such as Licensed Architect, Construction Manager, or Quantity Surveyor is a plus.
