Job summary

Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in the Philippines.

You will oversee EHS, contract administration, cost control and schedules, coordinating with owners, main contractors, and engineering teams. The role requires a Bachelor's in an engineering field, at least 5 years total experience with 3+ years in PM, and a track record of leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field.
• 5+ years total work experience with 3+ years in project management.
• Experience in managing contractors and coordinating project requirements.
• Proven ability to lead or manage a team of project managers.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership stewardship on EHS for safe project delivery.
• Review contracts and manage the project per main contract, SoW, and client guidance.
• Manage time, quality, and budget, including change orders impact.
• Mentor and guide the project support team.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate communications with client.
• Oversee payment recommendations and change order approvals.
• Ensure handover, close-out and project documentation.
