Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new store construction, renovation, and fit-out projects across its restaurant and retail operations. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with design and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in construction and project management.
• Experience managing multiple construction/renovation projects, preferably in restaurant groups, QSR, retail, or malls.
• Strong knowledge of MEPFS, budgeting, cost control, change orders, and QA.
• Experience securing permits and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of store construction, renovation, and fit-out projects.
• Ensure timely delivery within approved schedules, budgets, and design specs.
• Oversee multiple sites with proper resource allocation and coordination.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory permits and safety compliance for all projects.
