Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a role focused on executive reporting, stakeholder management, and strategic planning across construction projects. The position oversees operations control, budget and financial management, resource allocation, and compliance with QA/QC standards.

You will lead high-level meetings with government bodies, coordinate across site teams, and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and present comprehensive weekly Project Status Reports to the Executive Vice President highlighting milestone progress, financial health, risk registers, and critical operational updates
• Serve as the principal representative and negotiator in high-level meetings with the Department of Public Works and Highways regarding project awards, contractual terms, site concerns, and variations
• Lead coordination and official meetings with Local Government Units, regulatory bodies, and community authorities to secure permits, clearances, and operational approvals
• Develop, implement, and maintain master project schedules, baseline timelines, and resource allocation strategies across all active construction sites
• Oversee overall site operations, establishing workflows between site engineering, procurement, logistics, and office engineering teams
• Formulate, track, and manage project budgets, operational expenditures, and cost controls to maximize profitability and prevent cost overruns
• Review and validate project variation orders, progress billings, subcontractor payments, and claims prior to executive submission
• Direct the deployment and optimization of manpower, heavy equipment, and construction materials across project sites
• Manage contract administration for major suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with performance, timeline, and quality deliverables
• Enforce strict compliance with Quality Assurance / Quality Control standards, project specifications, and local building codes
