Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Legal Compliance Monitoring Associate Manager to join the Legal Compliance Monitoring Team. You will drive end-to-end monitoring activities, coordinate with program leads, and assess the effectiveness of Accenture’s global compliance programs.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and experience in audits, governance, and risk management across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, controls, monitoring, investigations or risk management.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monitoring activities within the defined scope.
• Perform data-driven analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and risks.
• Develop, pilot, and implement new monitoring activities; prepare audit-ready workpapers and present results.
• Prepare audit-ready workpapers and clearly present findings and methodology to stakeholders.
