iNova Pharmaceuticals in the Philippines seeks a Commercial Finance Senior Analyst to drive growth through actionable financial insights, partnering with Sales and Marketing to deliver the one-number forecast. The role sits in FP&A to ensure strong governance and a single set of numbers.

The position covers GTN, trade investments, A&P effectiveness, and governance; it requires strong modelling, scenario planning, and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; CPA is a plus.
• Experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A / Revenue Growth Management / Trade Finance within FMCG, CHC or Pharma.
• Strong understanding of GTN, trade spend mechanics, accruals/claims, and customer/channel profitability.
• Excellent modelling and scenario planning skills (price/promo/volume, mix and margin bridges, business case evaluation).
• Advanced Excel; Power BI (or similar). Comfortable with self-serve SQL extracts from Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouse); Python/R a plus for automation and analysis.
• Able to influence and challenge constructively; cross-functional teamwork and ambiguity management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to Sales and Marketing; embed in key forums and provide fact-based challenge.
• Build and maintain customer and channel profitability views (net revenue, GTN, gross margin, contribution) to guide investment choices.
• Support Joint Business Planning with key customers through scenario modelling and negotiation guardrails.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and track value delivery post-decision.
• Own the commercial inputs to the forecast and budget; ensure alignment to a single FP&A-owned forecast.
• Lead monthly commercial performance deep-dives and provide forward-looking actions to close gaps.
• Establish governance and escalation for forecast risks and data quality.
• Deliver monthly performance packs with commentary and dashboards to reduce manual work.
• Raise financial literacy across Commercial teams and drive data quality improvements.
