Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making in a growing global healthcare organization. You will work on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L reporting, building financial models and partnering with global stakeholders to drive strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience in financial modeling and P&L analysis is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end FP&A cycle, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast variance analysis.
• Support P&L analysis, financial reporting, and management reporting.
• Develop financial models and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with business leaders and global stakeholders.
• Support monthly financial reviews and planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial reports and processes.
