Job summary

Diageo Philippines is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to be the main finance business partner to Sales, Marketing and RTM teams. You’ll shape pricing strategies, optimise NSV and Gross Profit, and deliver data-led insights to guide trade spend and key channels in the Philippines.

You’ll lead monthly performance inputs, manage AOP cycles, and oversee controls including credit risk and terms. The role blends finance rigor with business partnering to enable sustainable growth in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modelling and P&L management.
• Experience in trade investment analytics and budgeting/planning.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Director and team to evaluate growth strategies across channels and distributors.
• Lead monthly performance management and AOP cycles; identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive M&E for trade promotions and A&P spend to maximise ROI.
• Maintain value-chain analysis to optimise operating profit.
• Oversee commercial credit risk and terms; manage inventory and allocations.
