PM Consulting is seeking a Command Center Senior Manager to lead 24x7 technology operations including NOC, compute, and major incident management. This role drives operational readiness, ITIL-aligned service management, risk reduction, and continuous improvement, coordinating with global teams and external providers.

The position requires strong leadership of shift-based managers, budget oversight, and executive communication to ensure service reliability across all services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology operations or IT service operations.
• Experience in 24x7 operations with shift-based support.
• 3+ years progressive people management experience.
• Strong Major Incident Management experience.
• Cross-functional coordination across networking, compute and infra.
• ITSM experience: Incident, Major Incident, Change, and Problem.
• Experience with global stakeholders and distributed leadership.
• Vendor and SLA management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 Command Center operations and ensure service readiness.
• Act as senior Incident Commander during major disruptions.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident response with technical teams and vendors.
• Oversee change, problem, and risk management.
• Drive monitoring, automation and reliability improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Lead staffing and budgeting for continuous coverage.
• Prepare executive reports and reviews.
