Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2–4 years in collections, accounts receivable, or related order-to-cash roles.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of moderately complex, higher-risk accounts to drive timely payment.
• Develop account-level collection strategies and prioritize tasks.
• Investigate delinquency drivers and coordinate corrective actions to enable payment.
• Lead escalations and negotiate resolutions while maintaining customer relationships.
• Define and manage payment plans and ensure commitments.
• Collaborate with Billing, Disputes, Cash Application, Sales, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, commitments and outcomes.
