Job summary

PrimeAlliance Recovery Management Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the collections function and drive performance. You will endorse and pull out delinquent accounts to/from third-party agencies, monitor KPIs, and support the supervisor in leading a 20+ person team.

You will set targets, prepare MIS reports, handle daily payments and communications, and ensure quality assurance across processes. Experience in retail credit or third-party collections is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience as an Operations Manager.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Endorse and pull out delinquent accounts to/from 3rd party collection agencies.
• Assist on RO’s concerns and inquiries (Reports, Accounts etc.).
• Train and support Supervisor in handling team members.
• Set targets and monitor performance of the collections team.
• Monitor daily payments, posting to collection system, and reporting to agencies.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activity and progress.
• Back up trainer.
