Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of collection experience in multinational settings.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with MS Excel.
• Experience in D2C and offline collections is advantageous.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned accounts to achieve zero overdue and bad debt.
• Contact Customers or Key Account Managers to obtain payment and follow up on promises.
• Coordinate collecting payments, plans, reducing overdue and bad debt exposure with stakeholders.
• Execute collection plan; analyze delinquent balances and follow-up for all late accounts.
• Report disputed/ short paid invoices and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Perform customer account reconciliation including support to cash application and settlement for D2C customers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly aging reports and collection status updates.
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Support and develop accounts receivable lean process improvements.
