Responsibilities

• Process customer payment and Collection Report.
• Encoding of payment details in SAP.
• Compute deductions and categorize based on the type of deduction.
• Create Daily Summary of Deductions.
• Close customer balances in SAP.
• Reconcile balances based on approved Credit Memo-Offset (CMO).
• Handles Bank Transfers, Bank Deposits and PDS.
• Maintains filing systems for C&C documents.
