Gratitude Philippines is seeking a diligent Collections Specialist to oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping across multiple client portfolios. You will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and minimize write-offs.

You will develop and implement strategies for delinquent accounts, negotiate payment plans, and maintain detailed activity logs while reporting progress to management to support cash flow and financial health.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of collections or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience handling high-volume collections with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
